TThe Xuron 485 is a true ?electronics production long nose plier” and is what Xuron had in mind when they designed it.

Engineers and production managers told Xuron traditional drop-forged designs were too bulky and lacked the sensitive “feel” required for precision electronic assembly.

The Xuron 485 performs where the competition failed.
It features a thin profile for access in high density areas, radiused outside edges that won’t damage wire, ergonomically-shaped, nonslip Xuro-Rubber grips, a glare eliminating black finish and light weight for operator comfort.

The 485 also Provides the strength to grip, hold and form wire without the bulk or lack of “feel” found in traditional chain nose pliers. Excellent for wire forming, and working with jump rings.
